Surprisingly, my shifts yesterday and Saturday were easy as pie..I got good tips from pretty much everyone, I got along with my co-workers..even the annoying ones, and I didn't have any extremely annoying tables. I haven't given my 2-weeks notice yet since I am supposed to call the new job with my final decision today..WHY am I slightly apprehensive about quitting? Well, I know why..This job has been my security for 8 years and now I'm going somewhere new where it's not guaranteed yet that I will be able to pay my bills. I'm sure I will be able to, but right now I'm walking away from a guarantee and I'm a little scared. I know that in the long run it is the right decision, but I'm still nervous.
And having two good shifts back to back isn't making my decision any easier..Although it might be easier after my $30 lunch shift today!
Update: Make that an $18 lunch shift..Yeah that was worth ironing my apron for!

I see what you mean about the security thing. But, at this point, trying something new can't hurt at all. If anything, staying where you are right now, will hurt more. I wish you the best of luck!!! xoxoxoxox
