Do you know what Valentine's Day is known as in the restaurant biz?
"Amateur Night". Why, you ask? Because all of the retards that don't usually go out to eat are out tonight, bringing their baby's momma and tipping like crap. I learned this the hard way when I worked a Valentine's night years ago and worked for free.
The best thing about Valentine's Day (especially when you don't have a valentine) is that all of the candy will be 75% off tomorrow!!
